Care & cleaning
Remove your piece before swimming, gardening or applying perfume. Clean with warm water, a drop of mild detergent and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Bring it in to us any time for a complimentary professional clean and setting check.
Shipping & returns
Australian orders ship free, fully insured, with signature on delivery. In-stock pieces dispatch within two business days; made-to-order pieces are dispatched on the date confirmed with your jeweller.
Unworn stock pieces may be returned within 14 days for store credit, at our discretion — return postage is the customer's responsibility. Custom, made-to-order, engraved, and resized pieces are final sale. Faulty or not-as-described items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of the above.

Every NY2K piece is made or finished in our own workshop at Rovera Plaza, where we have worked since 2004. Nothing leaves the bench until it is right.
