How long does it take to make a custom wedding band?
Most commissions take around two weeks from approved design to handover, and sourcing a particular stone can extend that. We still suggest starting well before the wedding so there is room for fittings and any adjustment without pressure — tell us your date and we will confirm the timeframe when the rings are quoted.
Can you make matching his and hers wedding bands?
Yes. Matching wedding band sets are one of our most popular requests. We design both rings together so they complement each other in style, finish and proportion, whether you want them identical or simply coordinated.
Can my wedding band be made to fit alongside my existing engagement ring?
Absolutely. We design wedding bands to sit flush and comfortable against your existing engagement ring. Bring your ring in to our Cotton Tree showroom and we will take exact measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Natural, earth-mined diamonds are our speciality and what we work with by default. Lab-grown diamonds can be sourced on request. We can also set Australian sapphires and other coloured gemstones into a band.
Can you resize or reshape a wedding band later?
In most cases, yes — and it is done at the same bench that made it. How far a band can move depends on its design; a plain band has more room than a fully set one. Bring it in and we will tell you what your ring allows.
