β’ Custom-made, personalized, or altered items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

β’ Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, including all packaging, certificates, and documentation.
β’ Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations by any jeweler other than our onsite workshop are not eligible for return.
Custom and Personalised Orders

β’ Custom-made, engraved, or specially ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
β’ Modification Adjustments:
β’ Any adjustments to custom or personalized items will be handled by our onsite workshop. These adjustments may be subject to additional charges.
Manufacturing Defects

β’ If you discover a manufacturing defect in your purchase, please return the item within 30 days. We will inspect the item and, if a defect is found, we will repair it free of charge or offer a replacement or refund.
