Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

All purchases from NY2K Jewellers are final, with the exception of eligible gift purchases, as outlined below, and any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a piece has been purchased as a gift and the recipient does not love it, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to our store policies and the condition of the item. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.
