General Return Policy

β€’ Custom-made, personalized, or altered items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

β€’ Condition of Returned Items:

β€’ Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold, including all packaging, certificates, and documentation.

β€’ Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations by any jeweler other than our onsite workshop are not eligible for return.


Custom and Personalised Orders

β€’ Custom-made, engraved, or specially ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

β€’ Modification Adjustments:

β€’ Any adjustments to custom or personalized items will be handled by our onsite workshop. These adjustments may be subject to additional charges.


Manufacturing Defects

β€’ If you discover a manufacturing defect in your purchase, please return the item within 30 days. We will inspect the item and, if a defect is found, we will repair it free of charge or offer a replacement or refund.

β€’ Workshop Repairs:

How to Return

β€’ For items being returned by mail, please contact us first to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
