Where are NY2K Jewellers located?

We are at Rovera Plaza, Shop 5, 23 Cotton Tree Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558 — in the Cotton Tree precinct. Our showroom and workshop are in the same premises.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:00pm. Saturdays are by appointment only, and we are closed Sundays. Call 07 5443 1955 to arrange a Saturday time.

Do I need an appointment?

Not during the week — you are welcome to walk in Monday to Friday. Booking is worth it if you want unhurried time with a jeweller for a custom design or engagement ring, and Saturdays are by appointment only.

Do you make jewellery on-site in Maroochydore?

Yes. Every piece is designed and handcrafted on-site in our Cotton Tree workshop — never outsourced. Our work is led by Master Jeweller Paul New, an Honorary Fellow of the Gold & Silversmiths Guild of Australia, with more than 40 years at the bench.

Can you repair jewellery I bought somewhere else?

Yes. Whether a piece was made by us or came from somewhere else entirely, we treat every item with the same care. Bring it in and we will assess it with you and quote clearly before any work begins.

Do you sell lab-grown diamonds?

No. We use natural, earth-mined diamonds only. We can also source Australian sapphires and certified Argyle pink diamonds.

Which areas of the Sunshine Coast do you serve?

Clients come to our Cotton Tree studio from across the region — Maroochydore, Cotton Tree, Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Buderim, Caloundra, Noosa and the wider Sunshine Coast.

Ethically Sourced Diamonds and Gemstones

NY2K Jewellers has direct access to the global diamond and gemstone market, attending international trade shows to source stones that simply are not available through local suppliers. From classic round brilliant diamonds to sapphires, rubies, emeralds and rare fancy coloured stones, we will find the perfect centrepiece for your ring within your budget.

When selecting a diamond, understanding the 4Cs including cut, colour, clarity and carat is essential. Paul will walk you through each one in plain language so you can make a confident and informed choice.

Handcrafted in Our Maroochydore Workshop

Unlike most jewellers, NY2K manages the entire creation process in-house, from the initial sketch and design through to melting, forming, setting and polishing. You are welcome to visit our workshop and watch your ring take shape. It is an experience our clients describe as genuinely special, and one that no online retailer or chain store can offer.
