Provenance
Natural diamondsare our speciality.
We work principally with natural, earth-mined diamonds, and hold rare access to Argyle pink diamonds and Autore South Sea pearls.
Lab-grown diamonds can be sourced on request.
Design
The piece is designed around you — stone first or setting first, refined until it is right.
The Bench
Made by hand in-studio by a Guild Fellow. Not outsourced, not cast offshore. Most commissions take about two weeks.
The Handover
Collected in person, the fitting checked during the consult, and then cared for by the same hands for life.
Remodelling
Your grandmother's ring,worn again.
Most pieces of jewellery that leaves our bench arrived as something else — a worn setting, an inherited stone, a ring that no longer suits the life it belongs to. Our Jeweller breaks the piece down and builds it back around what matters.
Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is sent away. You have the assurance that the stones that go in, are the stones that come out.
The Goldsmith
Paul New is a Fellowof the Gold & SilversmithsGuild of Australia — №081.
A Fellow is admitted as an individual maker, assessed by the Guild as working to a consistently high standard — one of fewer than 200 makers listed as a Fellow on the Guild's public register. Paul New's MAKERS MARK is struck on the Guild's fine Silver touch plate beside his member number, recorded in perpetuity, and Fellowship entitles him to strike the diamond-bordered kangaroo on his work, a registered trade mark of the Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia (GSGA).

Paul is a genious, he took disparate items of jewellery, broke them down and turned them into bespoke art. The outcome is one ring that is magnificent. A complex structure, multiple precious metals and gems evolved into an outcome more than my wife had dreamt of. It is truely worthy of an award.
